It’s a universally terrible experience, and it's not just annoying—it actively stops people from getting the care they need. We're fixing that by using the latest LLM and voice technologies to build the kind of healthcare experience we’d want our own loved ones to have.
To start, we're automating repetitive phone tasks like appointment scheduling, billing, and general inquiries to give the staff much-needed time to take care of patients in the clinic. We believe in 5 years, every doctor's office will have an AI voice agent picking up the phone — resolving your issue immediately instead of putting you on hold.
In the long term, we're building an AI agent orchestration platform that can handle the most tedious medical backoffice tasks (insurance, prescriptions, labs, etc).
